Cologne
Top notes are citrus orange blossom and spice. Underneath: bergamot and musk. Mid-day: This is going to sound strange, but “Cologne” is bringing back pleasant childhood memory’s for me. It reminds me of the first scent I ever went crazy over as a child. The notes I perceive in this cologne were applied to a picture in a very fancy scratch and sniff children’s book I was obsessed with It was a picture of a farm, and the scent was a spicy, musky leathery wonderland. I would sneak into the playroom and scratch that picture day after day until the ink rubbed away from the page. Sophisticated and masculine, I’m incredibly pleased that the notes in this scent are back in my life. I am giving this 110% out of 100%. “Cologne” is the best of the best. I’m not a king, but I speculate that Louie the sun king would love this for the sophisticated orange blossom note alone. I hope that people at Etat Libre d’Orange never figure out I would buy this at any price.
I had a great time sampling this product.
